We understand things happen, so we offer a one-hour grace period for late returns. Please note that charges will apply for delays beyond this period.

Is it acceptable to drive the golf cart on the beach?

No, Golf Carts are not permitted on the beach. They are intended to be used on paved surfaces only.

Can you provide decorations for our celebration for an extra cost?

Absolutely! We’re happy to help you celebrate your special occasion. We can provide a variety of decorations for a small additional fee. Please get in touch with us in advance with your specific requirements.

What should we do if we accidentally end up on a road where golf carts are not permitted?

In such a case, please immediately contact our support team. We will arrange for someone from our team to relocate the cart safely.

Are there any penalties if we shorten our rental period?

How long does it take to charge?

Our golf carts charge in 1 – 12 hours, just plug in before bed and you’ll be ready for another day of adventures.

We offer a full refund for cancellations made more than 48 hours before your rental period.

What is the minimum rental duration?

The minimum rental duration is two days. This gives you ample time to enjoy your golf cart experience fully.
