Currently serving cart needs in the following cities: St. Petersburg, Largo, Pinellas Park, Seminole, Oldsmar, Gulfport, Treasure Island, Madeira Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, St. Pete Beach, Clearwater and Sarasota.   1. You CANNOT drive on any of the streets that have a red line.
  2. Abiding by all traffic laws including seat belts and child safety seats.
  3.  Parking only in legally designated areas or spaces.
  4. No reckless driving.
  5.  No driving under the influence of alcohol or substances.
  6.  No driving on beaches, sidewalks or bike paths.
  7.  No drivers under the age of 21.
  8. Do not go on any road that has a speed limit over 35 mph.
  9.  Be cautious of the golf cart 30mile range on a single charge.
  10.  You are responsible for the cost and service fee for any flat tire.
  11.  You are responsible for the cost and service fee for any broken keys.
  12. You are responsible for the cost and service fee for any dead battery.
  13. You are responsible for any cart damage.
  14. You are responsible for any city and or state citation.
